From Plaza de Armas take Plateros street for one block, continue straight ahead; the next block is the same street but becomes Saphy Street. Twenty meters before ending of this block you will find the hotel on the right hand side. The number is 578. Is a big brown door usually closed. It doesnt have a sign in the front door. Knock the door or ring the bell.
